Keegan's Baptism

Today was a very special day for us. Together with our family and friends, we welcomed Keegan into the great "family" of God. We had him baptized at Faith Lutheran Church by Pastor Crick. As Christians and parents, we are called to bring our little one up knowing and loving God.
Jesus told us: "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." It is in baptism that God grants the new life of forgiveness, joy and peace to little children. By the power of God's Word, this gracious water of life washes away sin, delivers from death and the devil, and gives eternal salvation to all who believe.
We are truly blessed to have our families and friends there to celebrate in this special day. Keegan did such a wonderful job. He seemed to enjoy his "mini bath" when Pastor Crick baptized him. He was all smiles during the pictures. May God continue to bless you and your families and may His light always shine on the path that you walk.

Congratulations Keegan! You are such a blessing, and I'm confident you will see how truly blessed you are to have parents that walk with the Lord daily. What a witness you and your family make! Praise God for His blessings in and through your family.
